Summary the Perfect Marriage
Sarah and Adam Morgan are very affectionate, yet their long-term marriage is experiencing a touch of hardship. Sarah is doing great work as a top-notch lawyer in Washington, DC, but Adam—once a top producer—hasn’t done a smart job in years. To advance her career, Adam convinces Sarah to purchase a country estate in Virginia, where she can write in a peaceful climate. Adam goes to Virginia for three or four days at a time while Sarah usually works in Washington.
Sarah and Adam’s 10th anniversary is in two or three days, and the couple wants to celebrate the event at their Virginia home. Adam moves on, yet Sarah is initially held back and cannot. So Adam goes through an intense night at the Virginia residence with the beautiful Kelly Summers, a married woman he’s been seeing for a long time. Adam returns to Washington the next morning, while Kelly is still sleeping in her bed.
A few hours after Adam returns, while Sarah is working, Virginia sheriffs come knocking on the entrance. They say the maid found Kelly Summers injured in Morgan’s Virginia home. Adam is an excellent suspect and is immediately dragged to Virginia, where he is framed and imprisoned for murder. When Sarah learns of Adam’s situation – and his drawn-out initiative – she is devastated, shocked and furious.
In any case, Sarah believes that he is the lead attorney enough to vindicate Adam, so she takes his guard. Adam makes an expedient preliminary claim, and proceedings will begin in about fourteen days, joined by the death penalty. (Now I need to say that the quick ins and outs of the police investigation and the rushed legal process stretch credulity to the limit, though I’m willing to take the creator’s permission.) As a feature of her initial plan, Sarah seeks out different suspects, raising intelligent uncertainty with the jury. . In addition, Adam – who has received bail and is confined to his Virginia home with a lower leg arm band – sent his own test.

Conclusion
The Perfect Marriage substitutes to and fro between Sarah and Adam’s perspectives, so we see what every one of them thinks and does. As the story unfurls, Kelly’s questionable past is uncovered, and the privileged insights of different characters are uncovered too. The strain works as an endless series of potential executioners becomes visible, and my doubts jumped from one individual to another.
The book has a rich cluster of optional characters, including the Virginia sheriff who explores Kelly’s homicide, and appears to be uncertain of Adam’s responsibility; Kelly’s cop husband, who’s jealous and has a terrible temper; Adam’s over-protective mother, who blames Sarah for her son’s troubles; Sarah’s sarcastic friend Matthew, who insults people with clever quips; Sarah’s law partner Bob, who’s envious of Sarah’s success; the district attorney, who’s good at his job; an aggressive reporter, who wants to interview Adam; Adam’s greedy agent, who asks his client to write a tell-all; and more. If you like suspenseful thrillers filled with surprises, this is the book for you.
